Loan officer meets with clients

Loan Officer sends to Processor:
1. Full Application
2. Credit Report
3. Processing Submission form

Processor within 24 hours:
1. Opens Title & Escrow
2. Orders Appraisal
3. Contacts borrowers
4. Pre-Underwrite and Submit file to Lender
(by request of Loan Officer)

Upon Receipt of Loan Approval:
1. Work with Lender to satisfy Loan Conditions
2. Contact client for conditions
3. Review Loan Doc. Order with Loan Officer

Post Loan Docs:
Processor will work on Prior to Funding
conditions to ensure a smooth funding

Post Funding:
Processor will clean out file for Broker Compliance and mail/email Closed file to Broker office
